Two sessions done, each of which was the shortest 20 minutes of my life... >.>

It's the most hands-off batch I've done; I didn't touch it after I started it. No idea how strong it is or how it tastes. Should be interesting...

Bottled a batch of mead yesterday that I started in January. It fermented with the honeycomb in it, and I never racked it.
