A quick SMC Reset and a rearrangement of the mini has cured the heat/sluggish problem. Mac mini sounded like it was taking off the runway!
macOS Monterey was working great until I opened chrome this morning. Then google meet. I noticed it was very sluggish so after class I patched the system. Now it’s a bucket of slime. Great!
